News: Man charged with multiple counts of fraud after series of rogue trader offences in Rochdale |

Dear Residents,
Thomas Hallisey (14/07/77), of no fixed abode, has been charged with seven counts of fraud by false representation and one count of theft in a dwelling. He was remanded to custody and appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on 12 March 2026, where he was further remanded until his next court date. These charges relate to a series of rogue trader offences in Rochdale between January and March this year (2026).
Please be aware of persons pretending to have completed services or stating that they will carry out work whilst asking for money.
